About

We built the connective layer for everyone else.

The best tool for running website content went enterprise-only. We think the rest of us deserve one too.

Why we exist

DraftBay was built from friction. Getting a website's words right is a chain — map the pages, write the copy, review it, sign it off, push it live. There's no shortage of tools for it if you're a team of fifty with a budget to match. But the world isn't run by enterprises; it runs on small and medium businesses — and they were left with Google Docs, email threads, and a spreadsheet that's always out of date.

The one tool that connected the whole chain got acquired, taken upmarket, and priced out of reach. Everyone else was left stitching it together by hand. DraftBay is the answer for everyone else — the solo founder, the small marketing team, the boutique agency. One place that simplifies the entire process, guided so you always know the next step, priced so the barrier disappears.

And the timing matters. AI now spins up websites faster than anyone can govern them — pages, copy, entire sites generated in minutes, scattered across tools, with no single place that says what's approved and what's actually live. That's brand risk running away. DraftBay is where the control lives: one source of truth for every page and every word, no matter how it got made.

What we believe

Connected, not another silo

The value isn't one more app — it's the links between them. We hold the connections so you don't have to.

Small is the advantage

Being lean lets us stay cheap and simple. That's a position the big players can't copy without breaking their own pricing.

Focused beats feature-rich

We'd rather do one job brilliantly than a dozen adequately. Every feature has to earn its place.

Guidance over gates

The tool should show you the next right step, not bury you in options. To do this, first do that.

Where we're headed

Today: a clean, connected workflow from sitemap to sign-off. Next: publish-out to the tools you already use, and AI that acts on plain instructions. Always: simple enough for one person, and honest about what we're not.
