We built the tool we needed.
DraftBay comes from a small team that got tired of chasing website copy.
Where it started
We were rebuilding a website. The sitemap lived in a slide deck. The copy lived in a pile of documents. Approvals were buried in email, and a spreadsheet was supposed to tell us what was done. It never did.
Every week went the same way: "Which version is final?" "Has anyone approved the About page?" "Who's writing the services pages?" The frustration was the work around the work.
So we fixed it
We built one place to map every page, get the copy written, review it and sign it off, with a clear record of every decision.
Other teams had the same problem, so we've brought it to market. It's priced for small teams and agencies, not enterprise budgets.
What we've shipped lately
We keep a dated log of every change to DraftBay, newest first, and only list what you can use today.
- 27 October: pictures and files on any page, launch readiness for each website version, sorting, and Ask AI kept inside each project.
- 19 October: files always download as the real file, and uploads are checked first.
- 7 October: approval pinned to the version you approved, one-step hand-off to your designer, and team update emails.
